Job Details

• Position: Trainee

• Job Location: Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Duty Time: 8 Hours per Day, 26 Days per Month

• Gender: Only Male Candidates Eligible

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Stipend: ₹14,920/- per month

• Government DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer): ₹1,500/- per month (Based on Attendance)

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/- per month

• Total Monthly Earnings: ₹17,420/-

Additional Benefits:

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

• Government DBT: ₹1,500 per month (Based on Attendance)

• Canteen Facility: ₹45 per day (One-time deduction)

• Bus Facility: Free to Factory Location

• Room Rent: ₹1,500 per person (Deducted from salary)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have passed ITI in one of the following technical trades:

• Fitter
• Electrician
• Turner
• Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV)
• Diesel Mechanic
• Machinist
• Draughtsman
• Welder
• Mechanic (All Technical Trades)

• Year of Passing:
• ITI Passout Year: 2021 to 2024

Required Documents

Candidates must bring the original and photocopies of the following documents:

• Latest Resume – A well-prepared CV detailing education, skills, and experience

• 10th Marksheet – Proof of secondary education completion

• ITI Marksheet & Certificate – Proof of technical qualification

• Aadhar Card – Proof of identity and residence

• Pan Card – Required for salary and tax purposes

• Bank Passbook – To verify bank account details for salary transactions

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of the following rounds:

• Written Test – Candidates will be tested on their technical knowledge, aptitude, and reasoning skills.

• Interview – Shortlisted candidates will proceed to an interview round to assess technical expertise, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
