Salary Details:
- Digital Relationship Executive: ₹20,100/month (approx.)
- Customer Support Associate: ₹27,000/month (approx.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- Digital Relationship Executive: 12th pass or Graduate degree in any discipline
- Customer Support Associate: Graduate degree in any discipline
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, no upper age limit
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with no prior experience can apply
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Digital Relationship Executive:
- Manage customer relationships, provide sales support, and address client banking needs.
- Offer up-selling and cross-selling, and provide market information.
- Customer Support Associate:
- Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Provide product, pricing, and availability information.
- Perform data entry on various platforms.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge
