Job Position: Contractual Workmen (CW)

Maruti Suzuki is hiring Contractual Workmen (CW) for its Gurgaon and Manesar manufacturing plants. Selected candidates will be responsible for various production-related tasks within the automobile manufacturing process.

Job Location:

• Gurgaon & Manesar, Haryana

Employment Type:

• Contract-Based (Company-specific duration)

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in any of the following trades:

Mechanical Trades:

• Fitter
• Machinist
• Turner
• Tool & Die Maker

Automobile Trades:

• Motor Mechanic Vehicle (MMV)
• Diesel Mechanic
• Tractor Mechanic

Electrical Trades:

• Electrician

Fabrication & Other Trades:

• Welder
• Painter (General)
• Other Relevant Trades as per company requirements

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 26 years
  (Age will be calculated on the day of joining.)

Salary

• Salary will be as per industry standards

Selection Process:

The selection process consists of multiple rounds to assess the candidate's technical skills, aptitude, and medical fitness.

        Online Assessment:

• Technical Test 
• Aptitude Test
• Behavioral Assessment

        Personal Interview:

• Conducted by HR & Technical Panel
• Assessment of practical knowledge and communication skills

Document Verification:

• Original ITI certificates and identity proof verification

Medical Examination:

• Basic pre-employment medical check-up to ensure fitness for the job

Final Joining & Onboarding:

• Candidates who successfully clear all rounds will receive an offer letter and undergo a joining formalities process.
