Job Role: Trainee (NAPS & LEAD)

Location: Royal Enfield, Oragadam, Tamil Nadu

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma: DME (Mechanical), DEEE (Electrical), DECE (Electronics), DAE (Automobile), DCE (Civil)

• ITI (2-Year Course): Any Trade

• Degree (UG): BA, BBA, BCA, BSc (CS), B.Com

• Passing Year: 2019 – 2024

Salary & Stipend Structure:

Diploma & Degree Holders:

• First Year: ₹18,500 per month (including attendance bonus)

• Second Year: ₹19,500 per month (including attendance bonus)

• Third Year: ₹21,500 per month (including attendance bonus)

• Yearly Attendance Bonus: ₹12,000 (lump sum after completion of 12 months)

ITI Candidates:

• First Year: ₹17,000 per month (including attendance bonus)

• Second Year: ₹18,000 per month (including attendance bonus)

• Third Year: ₹19,000 per month (including attendance bonus)

• Yearly Attendance Bonus: ₹12,000 (lump sum after completion of 12 months)
