Position Details

• Job Title: Fixed Term Worker (FTW)

• Job Location: Gurgaon/Manesar, Haryana (or any other Maruti Suzuki plant based on business requirements)

• Tenure: 7 Months (Extension to TW-2 possible based on performance and organizational needs)

• Salary & Benefits:
• Monthly remuneration of ₹33,400/-

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years as of the date of joining

• Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum 40% in matriculation/10th grade

• ITI Pass-outs (NCVT/SCVT approved) in any of the following trades:

• Fitter
• Welder
• Painter (General)
• Turner
• Diesel Mechanic
• Machinist/Machinist (Grinder)
• Tool & Die Maker
• Motor Mechanic Vehicle
• Tractor Mechanic
• Technician – Automotive Manufacturing
• Foundryman
• Sheet Metal Worker
• Plastic Processing Operator
• Mechanic Auto Body Painting/Repair

Selection Process

• Written Test: Assessing technical knowledge and aptitude

• Personal Interview: Evaluating trade skills, communication, and alignment with company requirements
