Program Structure :-
- Apprenticeship program duration: 6 months.
- Detailed 2 weeks induction training at SHQ/RHQ and then On the Job Training at JC for another 7 days.
- On successful completion of apprenticeship program, they will be absorbed as Network Diploma Engineer Trainees.
- Formal periodic engagement by Network training team.
- Practical classroom inputs, exposure, and interventions for a faster learning curve.
- Education assistance for B.E./B. Tech from reputed institute.
