- ITI Aocp
- Diploma / B.tech in Instrumentation, Electronics/Telecommunication, Engineering,
Experience – 2 – 7 Years
Job Description –
Role (Instrumentation Projects) Diploma :
- Concept to Commissioning – basic engineering, procurement, execution, installation, commissioning and closure of projects.
- Instrument index, IO List, specification sheets of process instruments. Control System Detailing.
- Execution scope. Instrument Calibration. Installation as per Hook-ups drawing.
- Documentation & statutory requirements. Instrument Calibration Procedures and Standards.
- Instrumentation Qualifications (IQ, OQ&PQ). Knowledge of SAP. Hazardous Area Classification.
Role (Instrumentation Maintenance) B.E:
- Maintenance – Preventive, Breakdown & Shutdown.
- Calibration
- Budget preparation. Sustenance of ISO standards – QMS, EMS, OHSAS, GMP etc.
- Keep up the health of DCS/PLCs and field instruments.
- Spare part management procurement, storage and usage.
- Statutory compliances.
- Experience in TPM will be an added advantage.
Role (Production Plant Operator) ITI AOCP:
- Carry out all plant operations with proper safety using all necessary PPEs.
- Follow all SOPs as defined in manual and guidelines of ISO (keep proper record of all ISO related documents like Checklist, BMRs, shift report book, etc., GMP & other applicable standards, maintain GHK & hygiene at workplace
- Monitor & maintain the storage condition of all consumables in plant and to perform safe handling of all INP drums/IBCs/bags in plant
- Inform DCS In-charge/seniors about deviation/abnormality (if any) in process parameters
