Job Details:
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive Accounts & Commercial (Site Accountant)
- Location: Bihar & Rajasthan
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in EPC Projects, with at least 2 years of experience in PGCIL projects.
Job Description:
- Process invoices and bills from vendors and sub-contractors for all project sites and corporate offices.
- Create and maintain vendor accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation for accounts.
- Manage the accounts payable function according to company policies and procedures.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, retention amounts, compliance documents (PF, ESIC, Challans, etc.).
- Coordinate with site engineers for verification of completion certificates, measurement books, and material receipts.
- Liaise with corporate finance teams for working capital requirements and fund releases.
- Provide weekly reports on payable status.
- Ensure payments are made within the credit period.
- Collaborate with procurement teams, site in-charge, and storekeepers to resolve invoice issues.
- Conduct purchase and creditors reconciliation.
