1. Site Manager/Construction Managers (Transmission Lines)
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E. / B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
- 15-25 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in project execution, vendor management, team management, commercial and contractual aspects, client management, time management, project management skills, forecasting, and leadership.
2. QA/QC Engineers (Civil/Electrical) – Transmission Lines
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E. (Civil/Electrical)
- 10+ years of experience in site management and Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001
- Knowledge of site quality management, civil testing and inspection, RDSO/RE construction specifications, and civil material testing laboratory and batching plant operations.
3. EHS Engineers
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial Safety or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute
- NEBOSH Certification
- 8 to 10 years of experience in EHS implementation at construction sites.
4. Planning Coordinators – Transmission Lines
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E. / B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in controlling, coordinating, and monitoring site activities
- Proficient in preparing daily/weekly/monthly updates on project progress, interdepartmental/client coordination, revenue cost analysis, budgeting, and using SAP and Primavera (P6)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Project/Site Engineers – Transmission Lines
Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical/Civil)
- 5-10 years of experience in construction supervision of high voltage power transmission projects.
