Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for project goals and company objectives.
- Oversee project planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners, engineers, and professionals.
- Monitor daily operations and adherence to project plans.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance.
- Implement best practices and process improvements.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting.
