Sound Castings Pvt. Ltd. is manufacturer of Grey Cast Iron and Ductile Iron Machined Castings. Its specialization is in supplying fully machined cast components to OEMs and system manufacturers.The installed casting capacity is 5000 tons per month, including a capacity of 1800 tons via High Pressure Moulding Line (DISAFLEX 70) installed in March 2010.

Position –

• HPDC Foundry Development Design
• Maintenance Fitters & Electrician
• Machine Shop – Supervisors & Setter
• Machine Shop Development Design
• Manager/Engineer

Job Location – Kolhapur, Maharashtra

Qualification / Experience – 

• Manager/Engineer – Foundry_ Development BE / DME with 3-7 Years experience preferably in] manufacturing Industry.
• Machine Shop Development Design – BE/DME with 1-3 Years experience in APQP, AutoCAD Machining Process
• Machine Shop – Supervisors & Setter – BE / DME / ITI with 1-3 Years Experience in Operating, Supervision, Programming of CNC Machines
• Maintenance Fitters & Electrician – ITl with 0-3 Years experience in Foundry/Machineshop
• HPDC Foundry Development Design-BE/DME/ ITI with 1-3 Year’s Experience in Foundry Tooling Design, Creo and Solid Work etc.
