Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI) is a Government Company under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) incorporated on 22nd October 2003 as Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of constructing and commissioning the first 500 MWe Fast Breeder Reactor (FBR) at Kalpakkam in Tamilnadu and to pursue construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of subsequent Fast Breeder Reactors for generation of electricity in pursuance of the schemes and programmes of Government of India under the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act,1962.

Position :- Trade Apprentice

Job Location :- Kalpakkam (Chengalpattu)

Stipend :- Rs. 7,700 to 8,855/- pm

Qualification :-

• Instrument Mechanic: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 education system or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Instrument Mechanic Trade.
• Electrician: Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 education system or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Electrician Trade.
• Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 education system or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade.
• Draughtsman (Mechanical): Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Draughtsman (Mechanical)Trade.
• Digital Photographer/ Photographer: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent/Passed 10th class examination with Science (Physics and Chemistry) under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Digital Photographer/ Photographer Trade.
• Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant)/Fitter: Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant)/ Fitter Trade.
• Computer Operator and Programming Assistant: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 education system or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant Trade.
• Fitter: Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 education system or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Fitter Trade.
• Machinist: Passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Machinist Trade.

Age Limit (as on 02 August 2024) :- 16 to 24 years

Age Relaxation: 

• SC: Upto 5 year
• OBC (NCL): Upto 3 years
• PwBD: Upto 10 years

Selection Process :-

• The candidates will be shortlisted for training based on marks obtained in their ITI standard/ course and Trade competency.
• The suitable applicants must appear for the Trade Test/ Certificate verification.
