Program Overview: Join our Learn & Earn Program under the NAPS Scheme, fully sponsored by TATA Motors. This program is designed for ITI and 12th Pass students to gain hands-on experience and earn a diploma in Mechatronics.

Program Details:

• Cost: Free (fully sponsored by TATA Motors)
• Duration:
  • 2 years for ITI Pass students
  • 3 years for 12th Pass students
• Certification:
  • Apprentice Certificates issued by Quess Corp
  • Diploma in Mechatronics issued by NTTF

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification:
  • 12th Pass with Science (Male only)
  • ITI Pass (Male) with a Two-Year Trade
• Passing Marks: Minimum 40% for females
• Age: 18 to 23 years at the time of joining
• Physical Requirements:
  • Minimum weight for males: 40 kg
  • Minimum height for males: 140 cm

Stipend and Benefits:

• Monthly Stipend: Rs. 11,558 for 8 hours/day (full month attendance required)
• Other Benefits:
  • Canteen: Rs. 70/month
  • Transportation: Rs. 450/month
  • Insurance: Rs. 7.5 Lakhs
  • Mediclaim: Rs. 1 Lac
  • Uniform (03 sets/year)
  • Shoes, PPE Kit
  • Company-approved holidays
  • 18 leaves/year
