Job Title: Diploma Trainee Engineer
Job Location: Daman

Positions Available:

1. Position: Diploma Trainee Engineer

• Particulars: For Operation and Maintenance Services

• Job Description:
• Fresher-Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical
• Academic criteria: Minimum 45% throughout (10th and Diploma aggregate)
• Screening & Selection Process:
  • For Electrical/Mechanical Diploma holders
  • 2022, 2023 & 2024 pass-out candidates only
  • Male candidates preferred for site operations
  • Age: 18 years or older on the day of selection
• Job Location Flexibility:
• Readiness to be deputed at remote OMS site locations in India (GJ, MH, MP, RJ, TNKL, & KA)

• Salary & Benefits:
• CTC: ₹2.00 lakh per annum
• Additional Benefits:
  • Bachelor shared accommodation

  • Transport on the site provided by Suzlon
  • Travel reimbursement
  • Annual increments & incentives as per applicable policy
• Training Program:
• 6 weeks (3 weeks classroom training, 3 weeks On-Job Training)

1. Position: Shift Engineers

   • Qualification: BE/Diploma
   • Experience: 1-3 years of work experience

2. Position: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineers

   • Qualification: BE/Diploma
   • Experience: 2-5 years of work experience

3. Position: Commercial Assistant

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce
• Experience: 3+ years of work experience
