Position – Production Field Engineer

Qualification – Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical

Experience –

• A minimum 3 to 6 years experience.

Job Description – 

• Hazard Identification and mitigation
• Near miss reporting
• Safety/toolbox talks
• Accident Reporting
• Ensuring PPEs compliance of self and team
• Attending training and providing on the job training to team
• Execution of scheduled shift activities (equipment changeover, nozzle checking, mixer cleaning, chemical preparation, strainer cleaning)
• Chemical preparation (KNO3, Molasses)
• Equipment health and performance monitoring through physical inspectio3
• Arranging and organizing equipment and operation requirements as specific to grade requirement
• Preparation of chemicals as per the SOP and specification
• Preparation and use of right quench for reactors and mixer
• Nozzle insertion, nozzle checking following the SOP
• Filling up of equipment checklist/register on a routine basis
