CBSE CTET July 2024 Exam Eligibility Code Details
CTET Primary Level (Class I to V): Eligibility with Code July 2024
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
CTET Junior Level (Class VI to VIII): Eligibility with Code July 2024
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in final year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year B.Ed. (Special Education)*. Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Moreover, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET/CTET. Post-Graduation with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in final year of three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
How to Fill CTET July 2024 Exam Online Form   Exam Details: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CTET Paper I (for classes I to V) and Paper II (for classes VI to VIII) exams for July 2024.   Application Dates: Candidates can apply online from 07/03/2023 to 05/04/2024.   Limited Exam Centers: This year, exam centers are limited in every city. Candidates will be able to see the available exam centers live while filling the form. It's advised for candidates to apply as soon as possible to secure their nearest exam center or city because slots for exam cities are limited.   Document Preparation: Candidates must read the notification before applying for the Teacher Eligibility Test. They need to collect all necessary documents such as eligibility proofs, ID proof, address details, and basic details. Scan documents like a photograph, signature, ID proof, etc., for uploading with the application form.   Form Submission: Before submitting the application form, candidates must carefully review all columns and the preview. Ensure all required fields are filled correctly. If an application fee is required, it must be submitted for the form to be considered complete.   Final Steps After submitting the form, candidates should take a printout of the final submitted form for their records.
