Available Positions
1. Assistant Lab (06 positions) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Material Science or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in construction materials testing.   2. Helper – Lab (04 positions) Qualification: High school additional education or training in a related field is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in a construction or Infrastructure related field.   3. Engineer – P&M (01 position) Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering or a related field required. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Plant and machinery management preferably in the field of road (O&M).   4. Helper – Lab (04 positions) Qualification: High school additional education or training in a related field is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of in safety related role in construction.   5. Assistant – Surveyor (04 positions) Qualification: Associate degree or certificate in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience in surveying or related fieldwork.   6. Engineer – Maintenance (01 position) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering with a focus on road maintenance or infrastructure projects.   7. Engineer – Highway (01 position) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on road maintenance or infrastructure projects.   8. Manager – Highway (01 position) Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in highway engineering, project management, or a related field.   9. Laying Incharge (01 position) Qualification: High school / Diploma or equivalent required, additional education or training in construction management or related field is Preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 Years of experience in asphalt laying, with a focus on highway projects.   10. Sr. Engineer – Highway (02 positions) Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 Years of experience in highway engineering, including design, construction, and project management.   11. Supervisor – Highway (04 positions) Qualification: High school/Diploma or equivalent required: additional education or training in construction management or a related field is Preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in highway maintenance or a related field. With at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.   12. Workshop Incharge (01 position) Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in workshop management preferably in the road operation and maintenance.   13. Engineer – Workshop (01 position) Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in workshop management preferably in the road operation and maintenance sector.   14. Graduate Engineer Trainee / Junior Engineer – Mechanical (01 position) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field. Experience: Strong interest in Mechanical engineering and road Infrastructure projects 1-2 years of relevant experience.
