Qualification & Experience
Operator Assembly & Painter				Qualification: ITI-Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)  Experience: 3-6 Years Description: Assembly: Hands-on experience in the Aerostructure Assembly process. Good understanding on Engineering drawing, familiar with hand tools & cutting tools. Painter: Hands-on Experience of Manual Painting & Paint Mixing process for the Aerospace & Automobile components, Good understanding on Engineering drawing, Knowledge in Arresting & Troubleshooting for the Paint Defects
Quality Assurance				Qualification: Diploma - Mechanical/Tool & Die Making Experience: 1-5 Years Description: Hands-on experience of deburring, tapping & fixture assembly and operating CNC machines (3, 5 axis - Milling & Mill-turns) equipped with Siemens & Mazatrol controllers. Work experience on Jyothi/DMG/Sterac/Modig/Mazak/Doosan machines will be an advantage. Good in job setup techniques like Flexi CAM. Machining experience for Sheet Metal.
